I read that green tea really boosts your metabolism and is good for your body, but i was wondering if theres a specific brand that is better than the other. I know of snapple, crystal light, 4C, and wawa brand? Are those the same as the natural green tea taht burns calories? Because theyre kind of sugary?

I’d stick more with brewed green tea, over sugary green tea soft drinks for the maximum benefits.

I’ve found the metabolic boost to be so negligible as to be unnoticeable though, so I recommend it more for the antioxidant properties and other health benefits, and not so much a diet aid.

The most natural way that you can get it. Limpton tea bags, or (the best by far) organic green tea leaves.

(If you also add some all natural RAW honey to it, it will help to control you hunger through out the rest of the day. :-)

You should drink real green tea not snapple or crystal light since they do add sweeteners which will not help in your diet! The best green tea(s) to get are at asian stores, they are free of sweeteners and anythings fake and unneed. Trust me it help me to lose weight!!
