Is regular tea as good for you as green tea?

Green Tea
niko asked:

They are always talking about green tea, green tea, green tea. How healthy it is. But I don’t like it. I like Earl Grey Tea or something like that with milk in it. Is that just as good?

No, it’s not just as good - nutritionally. But any non-herbal tea is still healthy and contains natural anti-oxidants. If green tea isn’t for you, don’t worry about it.

Green tea contains more cancer inhibiting anti oxidants than regular tea.

green tea is healthier and has more antioxidents…

All teas have health benefits. Black teas might have less antioxidants but they still have some.
