it’s an appetite suppressant supposedly.
It doesn’t unless you don’t eat and just drink the tea.
It’s all a conspiracy by the green tea farmers!!!
well it cleans out your system but usually doesnt cause significant weight loss unless u take it in combination with laxatives. watch it, screws up ur digestive tract.
Green tea, like caffeine, is a methyl xanthine. These work similar to your bodies own adrenaline in boosting your metabolism. Whether you’l actually lose weight, maybe or maybe not. There’s a lot that goes in to weight loss as you know. Green tea can be helpful when used with dieting and exercise.

Addendum: Since every one wants to pose other weird ideas I’ll spell it out. Methyl xanthines work as phosphodiesterase inhibitors ramping up cellular cAMP. Thus it has a beta adrenergic effect. It signals within the same pathways as norepinephrine.
It’s a natural diuretic. Meaning, it helps remove water from your body; so the most you would be losing is water weight.

Green tea is extremely good for you. It might help you to lose some extra weight because it helps your metabolism, but make sure to eat right and excerise while drinking your green tea. Good luck!
caffeine is a methyl xanthin yes. Caffeine prevents the breakdown of a substance called camp (cyclic adenosine mono phosphate). It does this by inhibiting phosphodiesterase (the enzyme that break CAMP down) Camp signals the breakdown and release of fat through a cascade i wont explain here. In this way more fat is release and available for usage. Combined with exercise this is effective. However, without exercise or sufficient activity the fat goes back into storage.
have u tried 2 go 2 the steam room it really helps and try 2 go 2 the jim it helps 2. im not really sure about the green tea but i heard that it melts down ur fat.
