Does the sugar free iced green tea contain as much caffeine as the hot green tea does?

I am talking about the manufactured and processed green tea products such as lipt*n, ar*zona, s*be, etc in contrast to the tea-bag hot green tea.

Do both hot and iced green tea have all the same effect and ingredient including the caffeine and nutrients that green tea leaves normally have, except the temperature of liquid?

probably not. you probably get more tannins and the good stuff (flavonoids like catechin) from hot green tea cos you leave the tea bag in to steep longer - plus, usually, there’s no sugar
canned drinks have sugar and they’ve found the ‘perfect’ concentration for flavour and aroma which probably means plonk it in, jiggle and sieve, add sugar, perfumes etc.

Nothing beats the natural stuff.

No, no where near as much. they don’t use much actual tea, it’s more sugar, and corn syrup.
