Right now, I drink a cup every once in a while (maybe three time a week), and drink two cups a day when I’m sick or feel a cold coming on to get the extra antioxidants.

It’s a green tea that’s like Nestea Ice tea except that this one is green tea. My brother bought green tea from China and I’ve been drinking it everytime I remember to drink it.
